COVID-19: The Health and Safety of Members is Priority
UPDATE – 4 June 2020
Ninja Parc Townsville is reopen from Saturday, 6 June.
The state’s current restrictions allow for no more than 20 people in each area of Ninja Parc at the one time. To align with this limit, Ninja Parc Townsville is currently offering casual play sessions on weekdays, kids parties on weekends and limited group fitness classes.
All visits to Ninja Parc must be booked online ahead of time to ensure capacity limits set by the government are not exceeded.
Memberships
If you’re a Ninja Parc member: From Monday, 8 June your membership payments will recommence and be processed on your normal billing cycle.
Not quite ready? If you're not quite comfortable getting back to Ninja Parc just yet, you may continue to suspend your membership free of charge by clicking here.
If you’ve been staying active and healthy through Home Fitness Network: Thank you for supporting us during our closure period. As a thank you, you may continue to enjoy access to Home Fitness Network free of charge, for the time being.
Love My Club members: As promised, you will receive a credit to the amount of weeks you supported us through your Love My Club - Home Fitness Network access. This credit will be applied to your account on Monday, 8 June.

Q: Is my Ninja Parc currently open?

A: No. While toilets are still accessible, changerooms are not. Please arrive ready to play and bring a towel. No towel, no train.

Q: Does Ninja Parc have any online training programs?
A: Yes. We have an online training platform: Home Fitness Network. It’s available to members, guests and the general public, and contains many workouts and programs that can be completed at home.
All members can access Home Fitness Network for just $5 per week.
