Whilst most of our venues do allow you to bring your own food to parties, we recommend checking with the venue of your choice first
Yes, we do offer the ability to add extra food to your parties for both kids and parents. We recommend contacting the venue after making your booking
No, all we require is a small deposit to secure your party. If you’re booking within 10 days of your party full payment may be required
Not at all. Our friendly team will contact all parties 1-2 weeks beforehand to confirm final numbers and inclusions. Alternatively, you can contact us at any point to make changes
In most case we are able cater for dietary preferences and requirements. This should be highlighted in the online booking process. If not, we recommend contacting your chosen venue for options
If you have siblings that won’t be participating in the party but would still like to play you can purchase a casual play pass
Shoes are required in Ninja Parc and Climb Parc areas. Grip socks are required in The Playground. Grips socks are available for purchase at relevant venues
We highly recommend arriving at least 15min before your session starts to ensure that your able to check in on time. If you’re able to complete your waiver beforehand this will save time on the day
Yes, all Ninja Parc staff are required to maintain current first aid and CPR certificates
You are more than welcome to bring balloons and decorations however for large items we do request that you check with your chosen venue first. We also ask that you don’t stick anything to the walls and don’t bring anything that will create a mess
