Casual Play FAQs
Definitely not! Ninja Parc is designed to be fun for all ages
Yes, all Ninja Parc venues include a café or kiosk on site. After all, we love coffee just as much as you do
Whilst we do accept walk-ins, we highly recommend booking online to ensure that you don’t miss out
All ages are welcome however some areas are more suitable to specific age groups. Our main Ninjas Parc obstacle course is best suited to 6 years and above. For venues that include The Playground soft play area (Newcastle, Townsville and Fyshwick) participants from walking age and above are catered for. We encourage parents to join in fun as well!
Yes! Ninja Parc includes challenges to suite all ability levels
Yes, all Ninja Parc venues operate with strict venue capacities. We recommend booking online prior to your visit to ensure that you don’t miss out
Kids can enrol in our Ninja Parc Academy classes and receive one class per week plus unlimited casual play access. Ask at reception about booking your child in for a class trial
Under 8 years must be supervised and assisted by parents. From 8 years and above you can sit back and relax in the café whilst keeping an eye on the fun. Alternatively, adults are also able to purchase a pass and join in the fun!
Our Parc Rangers are on duty and ready to assist during busy times. Outside of these times our staff continually monitor the course area for safety
Yes, all Ninja Parc staff are required to maintain current first aid and CPR certificates
Ninja Parc venues are open 7 days outside of public holidays. We do however always recommend booking online or contacting the venue before visiting just in case
We highly recommend arriving 10-15min before your session starts to ensure that your able to check in on time. If you’re able to complete your waiver beforehand this will save time on the day
Shoes are required in Ninja Parc and Climb Parc areas. Grip socks are required in The Playground. Grips socks are available for purchase at relevant venues

Yes, we do offer the ability to add extra food to your parties for both kids and parents. We recommend contacting the venue after making your booking
No, all we require is a small deposit to secure your party. If you’re booking within 10 days of your party full payment may be required
Not at all. Our friendly team will contact all parties 1-2 weeks beforehand to confirm final numbers and inclusions. Alternatively, you can contact us at any point to make changes
In most case we are able cater for dietary preferences and requirements. This should be highlighted in the online booking process. If not, we recommend contacting your chosen venue for options
If you have siblings that won’t be participating in the party but would still like to play you can purchase a casual play pass

You are more than welcome to bring balloons and decorations however for large items we do request that you check with your chosen venue first. We also ask that you don’t stick anything to the walls and don’t bring anything that will create a mess

In most cases we can offer coached classes for schools. Classes focus on a variety of parkour and obstacle skills. Perfect for ensuring that your students get the most out of their time at Ninja Parc.
We take a strong approach to safety when designing our venues. This includes the use of high-quality padding and careful consideration when choosing attractions. Our team will also deliver a safety brief at the start of EVERY session to ensure that all students are aware of our course rules
Ninja Parc venues are not just fun! We focus on creating challenges for students to overcome. Helping to build their confidence and a strong sense of self-worth. Our obstacle courses are also great for developing coordination, strength, balance and agility.
Most of our school groups wear their school or sports uniforms. As long as their clothes are suitable for active play.
Yes! All Ninja Parc locations have a cafe or kiosk. Perfect for teachers to grab a coffee.
In most cases Ninja Parc venues do offer options for private hire. Perfect for larger events or extra student privacy. Contact your nearest Ninja Parc venue for details.

Classes FAQs
We have classes available for children aged 3 to 14 years
Our classes are a blend of parkour and obstacle skills. This ensures that they include plenty of variety to help keep students interested in the program
You can expect your child to develop confidence, coordination, fitness, social skills and so much more!
Yes! We focus on making our classes as inclusive as possible
Of course! Our classes include a grading system similar to martial arts. Gradings take place in the second last week of every term. This allows students to work towards key milestones. Students also have the opportunity to compete in Ninja Warrior style competitions through the Ninja Parc Championship League
Classes run for 45min
We do! You can book a trial at any Ninja Parc venue via this page. Trial spaces are limited so we recommend booking in advance
All enrolments are set up on a week direct debit and include one class per week plus unlimited casual play
Enrolment includes one class per week and unlimited casual play sessions. You also get access to a bunch of other student perks including discounts on other Ninja Parc programs and products
In most cases Ninja Parc classes run both in and out of the school term. Some variances may apply based on events and/or public holidays
All Ninja Parc coaches are required to have completed relevant coaching courses. They are also required to complete in house training prior to starting as a Ninja Parc coach

Whilst we do allow parents to leave during class times you are required to be back on site prior to class finishing. Students must also be checked in and out by a parent or guardian at reception. Parents are required to remain on site for casual play use
Our structured classes start with Mini Ninjas (3–6 years), and Little & Youth Ninjas (7–14 years)

Holiday Camp FAQs
Half days (9am–12pm) and full days (9am–3pm) are options available for each school holiday period. This excludes Townsville which only offers half days
No, our holiday camps are fully supervised. You are welcome to leave as long as you’re on time for pick up. If you’d prefer to stay you can kick back and relax with a coffee
Our holiday camps are a combination of both coached activities and free play. The best of both worlds. Cached activities focus on building confidence on the obstacle course and learning basic parkour skills
Yes! There are so many challenges to conquer at Ninja Parc. We find that the more participants attend, the more they get out of it. Please not that all sessions are sold separately at this stage
All holiday camps provide morning or afternoon tea. Lunch options are available at all locations. If you’d like to purchase extra food or discuss any dietary requirements, reach out to your chosen venue or view details on the booking page
Head straight to our reception desk and they’ll check all participants in. Make sure to also check out with staff at the end of the day

Yes, all venues have car parking available. We do recommend arriving at least 15min prior to your booking to ensure that you’re able to get a park. During busier times – like school holidays – we recommend arriving as early as possible
