Current government restrictions have impacted the operation of Ninja Parc clubs Australia-wide. 

These restrictions and the influence they have on our ability to service you, our members, vary per state. 

Information will be shared on a state-by-state basis when further government announcements are made available.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Q: Are Ninja Parc clubs open during the COVID-19 outbreak?

A: The government restrictions that have been placed on gyms are starting to ease in some states, with openings beginning to rollout.

Information on each state will be shared when further government announcements are made available. 

Q: I have a birthday party booked for my child at Ninja Parc. What happens now? 

A: At this stage no date has been provided by the Australian Government as to when Ninja Parc will be permitted to reopen. For any upcoming birthday parties that are booked at Ninja Parc, a credit to the value of the booking will be automatically provided. 

When the Australian Government gives indoor sports centres  permission to reopen, your local Ninja Parc will be in contact with you to allocate your credit.  

Q: I have a Casual Play session booked at Ninja Parc. What happens now? 

A: At this stage no date has been provided by the Australian Government as to when Ninja Parc will be permitted to reopen. For any Casual Play sessions that are booked at Ninja Parc a credit to the value of the booking will be automatically provided. 

When the Australian Government gives indoor sports centres permission to reopen your local Ninja Parc will be in contact with you to allocate your credit. 

Q: Will class times continue as usual?
A: There are no classes in operation. As per Government requirements, all Ninja Parc clubs are currently closed until further notice.

Q: Can I put my membership on hold?
A: All memberships have already been placed on hold until the Australian Government gives all fitness facilities permission to reopen. You will be notified via email communications when we have information on reopen dates.

Q: How long is my membership suspended for?
A: All memberships will remain suspended until the Australian Government gives all fitness facilities permission to reopen.

Q: I have a paid in full membership. What does this mean for me?

A: All memberships including paid in full memberships are suspended. This means you will not lose any membership time. When we reopen, your membership will be extended to cover the time we are closed. For example, if we are closed for four weeks, an additional four weeks will be added to the initial end date of your membership.

Q: Will Ninja Parc offer any online training programs?

A: YES! We’ve just launched Home Fitness Network. This online training program gives members, guests and the general public the chance to continue to exercise from the comfort of their own home.

Q: When will Ninja Parc reopen?

A: At this stage no date has been provided by the Australian Government as to when Ninja Parc will be permitted to reopen. However, when the government has made this decision, all members will be updated via email communications.
